I think a good entry point is to find something that you do often, and test making a template for yourself. For me, that's collabs with brands for video content. I keep all my brand deals in a database called "short form content". And every time I start a new page, it creates itself using a predefined template.

What does every collab need? A deadline, a creative brief or talking points from brand, links to the product page, links to any tutorials, a place to just write shit down, and ultimately write a script. So my template for short form builds that page the same way every time. Everything it in place, because the infrastructure from deal to deal is always the same. And it's nothing but a page made of callouts, toggles, bullet point lists, and text. Nothing too crazy.
