This project gets nutty, fast. So many parts and technical terms, and it’s easy to get lost. You will be ordering things from a lot of different vendors, so it’s best to know what you’re getting from where, so you can make all your purchases at one store at the same time. First I’m going to give you the full parts list for 1 completed pedal, followed by some notes I pulled from Keyth’s guide.
Keith has a BOM (bill of matierals) listed on his Github, but as a non-electrical engineer I found it very hard to follow. There was also a lot of missing links. Additionally, he made good amount of follow-up changes to the list, so I built a new list your could sort and filter with lovely colors and links for everything.
Below is the complete database of all parts. Use the tabs at the top to sort by vendor, or click any column to sort by that. For more details, hover your mouse over the ‘Part (short name)’ column to reveal the Open button.

This might seem overwhelming. Thankfully, PCBWay has made this super easy after Keith did all the hard work for us and uploaded a template you could just buy! Choose the template from his project, order, done. Only change you should make is the ‘surface finish’ which I go into below.
NOTE: After the initial guide got published, GuitarML made a change to the PCB for PCBWAY, and encouraged buyers to upgrade the Surface Finish to “Immersion Gold(ENIG)”.

Per his notes: “When ordering from PCBway, I recommend using the ENIG surface finish option instead of the default “HASL with lead”. This bumped up the cost significantly (from $5 to around $40 for 5 pcbs) but will result in a better quality pcb for audio, and lead free.”
For the pedal enclosure itself, you need to 1) choose the pedal enclosure in the color that you want 2) upload the drill template so they know where to drill before they paint it. The last step is optional and that’s getting stuff printed on the enclosure itself. I opted to skip this, but I’ll include it anyways.
